What this covers

If you believe a listing or event on Kyushu Classifieds is fraudulent, illegal, violates someone's rights (including your own), or otherwise shouldn't be on the Service, here's how to get it looked at.

How to report something

Right now, the way to report a listing is through the Contact page: choose "Report a problem" from the reason dropdown and include the listing's title, category, and prefecture so we can find it, plus what's wrong with it. (A one-click "Report" button directly on each listing is planned but not built yet.)

What happens next

Reports are reviewed by hand; there's currently no fixed turnaround time we can promise, since this is a manually operated service.
If a listing is removed, its poster can see the removal reason on their own dashboard. There's no automated email notification when this happens yet.
Accounts with a pattern of violations or repeated valid reports against them may be suspended at our discretion.
Housing and Jobs listings already go through review before they're ever public, which catches a lot of this before it's an issue.

If you think a takedown was a mistake

Contact us and explain why, including the listing title and category. We'll take another look. We can't promise reinstatement, but we do want to avoid pulling down legitimate posts by mistake.

Copyright / rights complaints

If a listing uses your photo or content without permission, tell us via the Contact page with a description of the content and where it was taken from. We'll review and remove it if the claim checks out.
